Crayola wants to get adults back into the love of coloring with an adult only camp.
Summer camp has always been the ultimate symbol of freedom for kids. This summer Crayola made it a place for adults too.
Welcome to Camp Crayola.
Camp Crayola takes the stories inside the new Crayola Adult line and turns them into a fully immersive summer escape built for grown-up play. Part camp. Part creative retreat. Nothing says “social rebellion” like a mid-day coloring break. The experience reimagines classic camp programming through an adult lens, from Arts & Crafts to Nature, Stargazing, Cabin Life, and Color Lab moments.
Every corner intended to reel us back into the purpose. That this isn’t Crayola of the past. This is Crayola All Grown Up.
Although the weather decided to rain on our parade twice causing us to have to reschedule we were still able to bring this to life with the wonderful team at Crayola.
Together we took over Domino Park in Brooklyn, NYC for a full day of a creativity. We encouraged grown ups to ditch the inbox, grab some color, and rediscover what it feels like to make something just because it feels good.
We kept Crayola and their adult line coloring bools at the front of mind by activating themed coloring cabins, artist led tutorials, new alcohol & acrylic markers, and spaces designed for pure unapologetic colorful self-expression.
No kids. No rules.
Just Color.
